Scott Teare



A former GB amateur who signed for Haven midway through the 2006 season from Wath Brow Hornets. After impressing Coach Dave Rotheram in a month's trial at the Recreation Ground Scott was awarded a two-and -a-half-year contract. Much is expected of the big forward, who, at 28-yrs-of-age is a relatively late starter in the game. Early season injury to veteran prop David Fatialofa will give him an early chance to cement a first team place.
