Based in The Jennings Hospitality Suite at The Recreation Ground, our Matchday sponsorship and hospitality packages offer a superb VIP experience in comfortable and friendly surroundings.

The atmosphere is friendly and informal, making it ideal for relaxing with family and friends; entertaining clients or staff, or simply enjoying the game, meeting the players and other sponsors with the best facilities available at your disposal.

PLATINUM MATCH SPONSOR

This prestigious package is an excellent way of impressing customers, suppliers and clients, or even your family and friends. On match day you and your party are the most important people in the stadium and are treated accordingly. You receive hospitality in the pleasant surroundings of the Jennings suite, have grandstand seats, and get to choose the man of the match.

Platinum Match Sponsorship is based on 10 people and consists of:

·         Your name or corporate branding on all matchday promotional literature, including the match programme.

• Three course meal.
• Pre-match welcome and preview of the game by a Haven official and Head Coach.
• Complimentary bar before the game and for an hour afterwards.
• A match day programme for each guest.
• Reserved seats in the Grandstand.
• Public address announcements throughout the day thanking your company for its support.
• Half time refreshments.
• You get choose ‘The Man of the Match’ and present the award to the chosen Whitehaven player after the game.

ASSOCIATE MATCH SPONSOR

This package for 8 people is ideal for those who wish to provide hospitality for family, friends or valued clients at an affordable price, in the pleasant surroundings of the Jennings suite.

Associate Match Sponsorship is based on 8 people and consists of:

·         Accreditation on the matchday programme cover.

• Three course meal.
• Pre-match welcome and preview of the game by a Haven official and Head Coach.
• Complimentary bar before the game and for an hour afterwards.
• A matchday programme for each guest.
• Reserved seats in the Grandstand.
• Public address announcements throughout the day acknowledging your support.
• Half time refreshments.
• A commemorative gift for you.
• Post match presentation.

The cost of this package is £840 +vat

MATCHBALL SPONSORSHIP

A very popular package that is ideal for a family celebration or an outing for smaller businesses. Our Matchball Sponsor receives hospitality in the Jennings suite, as outlined below, and is presented with a matchball signed by the Whitehaven RLFC team. The Matchball package is based on a party of 4 people and consists of:

·         Accreditation on the matchday programme cover.

HAVEN EXPERIENCE

Do you want to do something unique for that special event, whether it is a birthday, anniversary or you just want to impress your friends? The Haven Experience provides it as you enjoy a sample of corporate hospitality in the Jennings suite on matchday. The package is priced per person and consists of:

• Three course meal.
• Pre-match welcome and preview of the game by a Haven official and Head Coach.
• Complimentary bar before the game and for an hour afterwards.
• A matchday programme for each guest.
• Half time refreshments.
• Reserved seats in the Grandstand.
• Post match presentation.

The cost of this package is £65 +vat per person

The complimentary bar service includes draught and bottled beer, lager and cider, plus house wines served by the glass and single measure spirits and mixers, for consumption by members of the sponsor party only. It is available from 2 hours before kick off until the match starts and after the match for 1 hour.
